Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty.
- Perform register functions while utilizing sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
- Work a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Cover the sales floor and ensure all visual standards are met.
- Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
- Fashion-focused with an awareness of current trends.
- Physical ability to stand and walk during scheduled shifts, pack and unpack shipments, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
