About the position

The Sales Associate position at PHOENIX Retail, LLC involves providing an exceptional in-store shopping experience for customers while performing various tasks to maintain store organization and safety. The role emphasizes customer service, transaction processing, and promoting store programs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety for associates and customers.
  • Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP.
  • Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
  • Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait time.
  • Resolve customer service-related issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
  • Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of technology (iPad, registers).
  • Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
  • Meets physical requirements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
