About the position

The Sales Associate at PHOENIX Retail, LLC is responsible for providing an exceptional in-store shopping experience for customers. This part-time role involves maintaining a clean and organized sales environment, assisting with product launches, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and communication. The Sales Associate will also engage in various tasks such as stocking and folding merchandise, while promoting credit and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety for associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait time.
• Resolve customer service-related issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months preferred.
• Proficient in the use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

• Previous retail experience preferred.
