Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in vapes
