About the position
As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, manage leads, and generate sales while ensuring a high level of customer care. This role involves overseeing daily operations in the showroom, preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing contractor agreements.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and respond to inquiries.
- Manage leads and generate sales.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes.
- Process orders and manage contractor agreements.
- Supply required reports.
- Schedule and monitor client appointments, including templating and installation schedules.
- Place accurate orders and shop tickets for Fabrication and Installation Supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and office environment.
- Develop sales strategies and set performance targets.
- Stay informed about product offerings and competitor activities.
- Collect customer feedback and conduct market research to enhance service quality.
- Exhibit excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- 1 year of phone etiquette experience.
- 1 year of retail math experience.
