About the position

The Trainer Sales Associate at HOTWORX is responsible for driving membership sales and providing exceptional customer service in a 24-hour infrared fitness studio. This role involves meeting sales goals, onboarding new members, and promoting the HOTWORX brand through community outreach. Ideal candidates are passionate about fitness and possess strong sales skills, with opportunities for performance-based commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals.
• Work as a team player to grow the member base through sales and onboarding new members.
• Provide superior customer service to retain long-term members.
• Promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community through outreach via phone, text, email, and local events.
• Motivate and lead the membership sales team, achieving personal sales goals and coaching staff to meet their targets.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Strong phone etiquette.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
