Responsibilities

• Enhance customer experience using the 'serve, solve, and sell' method.
• Sign clients on as members by providing suitable programs.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with customers.
• Engage customers to drive sales and meet performance objectives.
• Organize same-day pick-up inventory including packing and shipping.
• Describe and sell merchandise and services, explaining their use and care.
• Assist in marketing efforts to solicit new business through various channels.
• Explain complex technical issues in a simple manner to customers.
• Provide estimates to customers.
