About the position
The Sales Associate at European Wax Center plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while promoting waxing services and products. This position offers the opportunity to earn high commissions and build meaningful relationships with guests in a fun and fast-paced environment. Associates will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized center, managing reservations, and achieving sales goals through effective communication and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Explains the benefits of regular waxing to all prospective guests utilizing Wax Pass Saving Plans.
- Maintains corporate standard for wax pass sales.
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service and multi-tasking skills.
- Manages the reservation book through a software platform on a daily basis.
- Keeps the center organized, well maintained, and clean at all times.
- Maintains a professional demeanor at all times.
- Exhibits a team player mentality and flexible, open availability.
- Works in a fun, fast-paced environment with a goal-oriented, driven mentality.
Requirements
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- High school diploma or GED.
