About the position

The Sales Associate at EmergeCryo is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of wellness and recovery services. This part-time role requires a passion for health and wellness, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to helping clients achieve their goals. The Sales Associate will engage with customers, recommend services, and maintain strong client relationships while supporting operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
• Understand and assess customer needs and recommend appropriate cryotherapy services and products.
• Provide detailed information about services, benefits, and pricing.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions.
• Upsell and cross-sell services and products to maximize revenue.
• Maintain a deep understanding of all EmergeCryo services and products.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in cryotherapy.
• Educate customers on the benefits and applications of cryotherapy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Manage client appointments and schedules efficiently.
• Assist with daily operational tasks, including maintaining a clean and organized facility.
• Handle transactions accurately and process payments.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to attract new clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with MindBody platform.
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
