About the position

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring that the customer leaves our store satisfied with their purchase. You will also maintain a clean and organized sales floor, process transactions accurately, and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions. Reliability and punctuality are crucial, as you will be expected to open and close the store when scheduled. Strong communication is essential for quality assurance and team growth.
