About The Position
The Tile Shop is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team. Since our founding in 1985, we have committed ourselves to inspiring and realizing home decor ideas and creating beauty both indoors and out. Our associates travel across the globe, exploring the latest styles and innovations available in materials such as porcelain, glass, ceramic, travertine, and other natural stones. With a network that comprises more than 140 stores, we offer a wide selection of high-quality tile products, exclusive designs, expert staff, and amazing customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will proactively greet customers, develop lasting relationships, and sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations. You will also be responsible for understanding installation and use of all products to educate customers, tracking individual sales goals, and providing product updates to customers.
