About The Position
The Sales Associate at Lilly Pulitzer is a vital role responsible for assisting clientele and supporting the operational and sales needs of the business. In addition to sales responsibilities, the Sales Associate will help maintain the visual and operational standards set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams. This includes providing continuous feedback to the store management team regarding selling opportunities and successes. The position is part-time and may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, especially given the seasonality of the business.
