About the position

As a Sales Associate at J.Crew Factory, you will act as a brand ambassador, bringing your personal style, passion for the product, and welcoming energy to the sales floor. Your role will involve creating genuine connections with customers to help them find their unique look. You will collaborate with team members and managers to drive business, assist in tasks that enhance the customer experience, and embody a collaborative, kind, and inclusive atmosphere on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations.
• Complete training, use product knowledge tools, participate in fit sessions and apply those experiences.
• Assist in store tasks to ensure customers see the store at its best.
• Share feedback, insights, and ideas with the management team.
• Act in a manner that aligns with the company's values.

• Be able to regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
