About The Position
Orangetheory Fitness is looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to share our story and our success with everyone who walks through that door or who calls for more information or who expresses even the slightest bit of interest in improving themselves. The position involves greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, giving studio tours, working with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout, selling memberships, following up on prospective clients, participating in marketing events, and ensuring the studio is clean and organized. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about fitness and want to make a difference in people's lives.
