About the position

As a Body20 Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at a fast-paced fitness studio. Your primary responsibilities will include building relationships with studio members and the community, promoting the BODY20 brand, and contributing to the studio's success through excellent customer service and sales efforts. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand.
• Build community business relationships and partnerships.
• Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales and onboarding new members.
• Provide superior customer service to retain long-term members.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly demeanor.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Willingness to work some nights, and occasional weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to take 1-2 Body20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
