About the position

The Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween will assist the Store Management Team in various tasks related to the setup and operation of a seasonal store. This role focuses on maintaining guest services, generating sales, and ensuring the store is well-merchandised and organized. The position requires physical activity, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Maintain guest services according to company standards.
• Generate sales and assist with sign waving.
• Perform general housekeeping and merchandising tasks.
• Handle pricing and signing of merchandise.
• Operate POS systems and assist with loss prevention.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
