The Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness is a part-time role focused on engaging with potential clients and promoting the fitness studio's offerings. The position emphasizes excellent communication skills and a passion for fitness, aiming to create a welcoming environment for all visitors. Associates will be responsible for guiding new clients through their initial experiences and supporting the studio's growth through membership sales and community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, also known as 'intros'
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing
• Passion for fitness and a positive attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
