The Sales Associate at SKR Ventures is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support in a retail environment. This role involves processing packages for courier shipment, operating various office equipment, and providing customers with accurate information about products and services. Responsibilities

• Receive and process packages for courier shipment.
• Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices.
• Advise customers on products, services, and best-value options.
• Provide packing services for customers.
• Take passport photos for customers.
• Provide printing, scanning, and faxing services.
• Verify ID of document signers for notary services.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified Notary Public (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Experience with shipping and mailing services.
