The Sales Associate at European Wax Center is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting waxing services and products. Responsibilities

• Explains the benefits of regular waxing to all prospective guests utilizing Wax Pass Saving Plans.
• Maintains corporate standards for wax pass sales.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and multi-tasking skills.
• Manages the reservation book through a software platform on a daily basis.
• Keeps the center organized, well maintained, and clean at all times.
• Maintains a professional demeanor at all times.
• Exhibits a team player mentality and flexible, open availability.
• Works in a fun, fast-paced environment with a goal-oriented, driven mentality.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Entry-level position.
