The Trainer Sales Associate at HOTWORX is responsible for driving membership sales and marketing efforts within a cutting-edge fitness studio that combines heat, infrared energy, and exercise. This role focuses on meeting sales goals, onboarding new members, and providing exceptional customer service to retain long-term members. Ideal candidates will have a passion for fitness and a strong sales background, contributing to the growth of the studio's member base.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals
• Work as a team player to grow the member base through sales and onboarding
• Provide superior customer service to retain long-term members
• Promote the HOTWORX brand and services through community outreach
• Engage with prospective members via phone, text, email, and local events
• Motivate and lead the membership sales team (for management candidates)
• Achieve personal sales goals and coach sales staff to meet their goals

Requirements

• Previous sales experience
• Strong interest in helping others feel and look their best
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
• Dependable and reliable
• People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Achievement-oriented with a willingness to take on challenges
• Innovative and creative in approach to tasks
• Experience in customer service (1 year required)
• Experience in retail sales (1 year required)
