About the position
LA Fitness is seeking highly motivated Sales Counselors who are passionate about fitness and personal growth. Responsibilities
- Enroll new members by effectively communicating the benefits of LA Fitness.
- Generate qualified leads through internal and external marketing efforts.
- Set appointments with prospective members to discuss membership options.
- Utilize company-sponsored presentation tools to assist in the enrollment process.
- Exhibit strong lead generation skills to drive sales.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to be employed.
- 1 year of experience in a health club setting (preferred).
- 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
