As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing our products through engaging demonstrations, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest.
• Utilize cash handling skills to process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
• Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory tracking and reporting as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is advantageous.
• Experience in supervising or training staff is a plus.
• A proactive attitude towards learning about products and improving sales techniques is essential.
