About the position

The Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween will assist the Store Management Team in various tasks related to the setup and operation of a seasonal store. This role focuses on maintaining guest services, generating sales, and supporting merchandising efforts while adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Maintain guest services according to company standards.
• Generate sales and assist with sign waving.
• Perform general housekeeping duties within the store.
• Assist with merchandising, signing, and pricing of products.
• Operate the point of sale (POS) system and handle transactions.
• Implement loss prevention strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.

Benefits

• Hourly rate starting at $16.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
