About The Position
The Sales Associate at Cigar DC, Inc. is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience in the humidor and smoking lounges. This part-time role emphasizes exemplary service, product knowledge, and relationship building with customers, while also serving as a brand ambassador for Casa de Montecristo. The associate will work collaboratively with the team to meet sales and KPI goals, maintain store operations, and uphold brand standards.
