Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills
• Ability to succeed in a commission-based sales environment
• Knowledge of the entire sales process
• Strong telephone skills and comfort with outbound calling
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Organizational and detail-oriented skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in automotive sales, furniture sales, or real estate
• Background in the restaurant industry as a server or bartender
• Knowledge of RQ and OMNI systems
