Responsibilities

• Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals.
• Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales and onboarding new members.
• Performing outreach to prospective members via phone, text, email, and local events.
• Providing superior service to members by creating a positive and motivating environment.
• Demonstrating knowledge of products and services to customers.
• Contributing ideas to the marketing and advertising sphere of the business, particularly on social media.
• Following cleaning and maintenance checklists as assigned by management.
