About the position

The Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween will assist the Store Management Team in various tasks related to the setup, merchandising, and teardown of a seasonal store. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of guest service and supporting sales efforts during the busy seasonal period.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
• Generate sales through various activities including sign waving and merchandising.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the store clean and organized.
• Assist with pricing, signing, and POS operations.
• Contribute to loss prevention efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
• Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures.
• Physical capability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
