About The Position
Boot Barn is seeking a part-time Sales Partner to engage with customers and create an exceptional in-store experience. The Sales Partner will embody Boot Barn's Mission, Vision, and Values while demonstrating selling and service expertise, product knowledge, visual merchandising presentation skills, and strong point-of-sale proficiency. This role requires strong communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills, along with the flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
