About the position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our weight loss and wellness clinic. This part-time role involves selling red light therapy packages and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients. The position offers a substantial commission for every sale completed, along with training on red light therapy and continuous education on sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and answer any questions they have.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
• Handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively upsell items.
• Assist in supervising sales floor activities to ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
• Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Experience in sales with a proven ability to upsell products effectively, is helpful.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
