Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to create a warm environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Inspire customers to buy, celebrate purchases, and create a lasting positive impression.
• Maintain sales floor presentations and restock items as needed.
• Handle the cash register to process transactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Maintain a professional attitude reflecting MINISO USA's commitment to customers.
• Contribute to the overall sales goals of the store.
• Stock and organize new products as shipments arrive.
• Perform other duties as needed, ensuring dependable attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management.
• Ability to perform basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to multi-task while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to business needs.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independently.
