About the position

Glow Sauna Studios in Henderson is seeking part-time and on-call Sales Associates who are passionate about health and wellness. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, be a quick learner, and act as a brand ambassador to help customers look and feel their best. This role involves engaging with customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly while providing support with questions, transactions, scheduling and helpful tips and guidance to support our services.
• Operate the ECR (electronic cash register) and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain sanitation throughout, prioritize an organized and stocked sales floor and amenity station.
• Monitor and restock inventory as needed.
• Utilize basic arithmetic to ensure accurate retail pricing and product placement.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and team support.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to company standards, by ensuring all areas are safe and clean.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales or similar experience (e.g. spa attendant) preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to positively interact with customers and team members is a must.
• Basic arithmetic required for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Experience with cash registers and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A proactive attitude towards upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction.
