About the position

Join Jared the Galleria of Jewelry as a Sales Associate, where you will engage with customers both in-store and virtually to help them find the perfect jewelry for their special moments. This role offers flexibility in working arrangements and emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative sales techniques and state-of-the-art technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store and virtual sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Deliver sales results and exceptional customer experience in a team environment.
• Maintain health and safety protocols, including cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day.
• Complete training as assigned.
• Build customer relationships through outreach and follow-up using our clientele system.
• Maintain daily inventory, cash, and loss prevention functions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Sales, retail, social media, and technical knowledge and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work within a team environment and independently.
• Professional approach and image.
• Displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Willingness to learn, innovate, and collaborate.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail or jewelry sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for customer engagement.
