The Sales Associate position at Rocky's is focused on delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently processing sales transactions. This role is integral to the store's operations, ensuring that customers receive assistance tailored to their needs and that the store maintains a welcoming and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide amazing customer service by engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
• Perform cashiering duties, including ringing up sales and maintaining cash register accuracy.
• Assist with product placement, receiving merchandise, and stocking shelves.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and register area.
• Collaborate with management to achieve sales and productivity goals.
• Help develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic.
• Ensure promotional displays are well-maintained and effectively merchandised.
• Greet customers upon entry and answer phone calls promptly.
• Stay informed about current promotions and advertisements.
• Encourage customers to sign up for the Ace Rewards card.
• Attend mandatory monthly store meetings.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash and perform accurate transactions.
• Experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and management.
