About the position

The Sales Recon Technician at Southern Best Reconditioning Services is responsible for acquiring new accounts with car dealerships and maintaining existing relationships. This role involves providing various automotive reconditioning services, including interior repairs and exterior touch-ups, while ensuring effective communication with dealership managers regarding work approvals and billing.

Responsibilities

• Land new accounts with car dealerships.
• Maintain existing accounts and service them effectively.
• Perform interior repairs such as leather, plastics, carpets, and dyeing surfaces.
• Conduct exterior touch-ups, minor buffing, and wet sanding.
• Execute blackout, headlight repairs, and odor removal services.
• Communicate with managers for work approvals and billing of completed work.
• Travel between accounts as required.

Requirements

• Driver's License is required.
• Experience in auto painting preferred (1 year).
• Ability to relocate to Chattanooga, TN before starting work.
