About the position

The Commercial Branch Manager at Orkin is a leadership role focused on driving business growth and cultivating a high-performance team. This position involves motivating and inspiring team members, setting strategic goals, and ensuring exceptional customer service and retention. The manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing financial performance, and implementing training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of a branch upon completion of training.
  • Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation and holding sales and service teams accountable for daily activities and achieving results.
  • Deliver inspirational leadership in customer retention through the development of a motivated team dedicated to Customer Service and Retention.
  • Mentor and develop team members through field evaluations, coaching, and training opportunities.
  • Manage Profit and Loss statements and strategically invest in growth while balancing expense margins.
  • Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement.
  • Recognize and develop talent when recruiting, selecting, and training sales, service, and customer service staff.

Requirements

  • 3+ years leadership experience in sales or operations.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Sales & Operations leadership experience.
  • Experience in a route-based service environment.
  • Commercial sales experience.
