Responsibilities

  • Assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of training.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of leadership development of others, including field evaluations and coaching opportunities.
  • Exemplify a service mindset to deliver customer retention results.
  • Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service and commit to continual improvement.
  • Drive revenue generation and growth through daily check-ins and accountability for results.
  • Showcase superior operational skills, managing a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and balancing expense margins.
  • Recognize and develop talent during recruitment, selection, and training across various staff roles.

Requirements

  • Sales and Operations experience required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
  • Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the pest management industry is a plus.
