About the position

The Sales Business Administrator will perform analysis and reporting for the Sales, Operations, and Finance departments including executing competitor analysis, financial analysis, pricing analysis, profitability analysis, and simulation models pertaining to incentives, go-to-market strategies, and sales efficiency. This role involves collaboration with the sales team to assist with sales incentive analysis and associated best practices, including Monthly Business Objectives and Incentive Tracking, as well as conducting historical sales and retailer reporting and analysis. The administrator will develop, publish, and maintain monthly and quarterly sales reports and Key Performance Indicators for Reyes Beverage Group business units. Additionally, the position requires identifying sales and operations trends based on data, formulating recommendations to address these trends, and implementing necessary changes. The administrator will also plan and monitor special events, communicate regularly with brand managers on upcoming events, promotions, and opportunities to advance the business in the market, and involve supplier alliances and sponsorships with professional teams, social groups, fan clubs, and industry organizations. Being well-versed with sales data systems is essential to prepare targeted plans, track activity, and report results versus goals. The role also includes developing and distributing internal and external sales materials and newsletters, handling front desk receptionist duties as needed, and performing other assigned duties.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6 plus years of specific experience.
