Responsibilities
- Develop new accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Sell staffing and recruiting services to accounting and finance decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting to account management.
- Conduct sales activities through phone, email, face-to-face, and video meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service after placements are made.
- Learn about industries and companies in the market to provide valuable services.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales, staffing, or business (including internships).
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in connecting with clients via social media, email, phone, and in-person.
- Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a team player.
