Responsibilities

  • Develop new accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Sell staffing and recruiting services to accounting and finance decision-makers.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting to account management.
  • Conduct sales activities through phone, email, face-to-face, and video meetings.
  • Provide excellent customer service after placements are made.
  • Learn about industries and companies in the market to provide valuable services.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, staffing, or business (including internships).
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in connecting with clients via social media, email, phone, and in-person.
  • Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a team player.
