About the position

Cloud Choice Technologies Inc is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales / Business Development Representative to join our fast-paced team in Port Saint Lucie, FL. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for direct sales and outbound marketing, generating leads, and selling our portfolio of Cloud Choice products. We are looking for someone who can easily engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. You will receive training, so prior knowledge of IT or Business Phone Systems is not required, but a strong ability to cold call, door knock, and market effectively is essential. In this role, you will work closely with customers to assess their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend appropriate solutions. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. You will be expected to actively seek out customers through various channels, including phone calls, chamber events, and door-to-door marketing. Building productive trust relationships with customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through a defined sales process will be key to your success. You will also collaborate with co-workers to ensure proper customer service and remain knowledgeable about the products offered by Cloud Choice Technologies. This position requires a friendly and energetic personality with a strong focus on customer service. You will need to demonstrate solid communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a track record of over-achieving sales quotas. Flexibility in working hours is also important, as you may need to attend breakfast meetings or occasional after-hours events. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Ability to deliver results
  • Availability to work flexible hours when needed

Nice-to-haves

  • Associates degree; BS degree in Marketing a plus
