About the position

The Sales - Business Development Representative at Clinic Growth Accelerator is a full-time inside sales role focused on helping clients achieve success in the Milwaukee area. This position involves making outbound calls, engaging with potential clients through various communication channels, and maintaining a positive rapport to drive sales and client satisfaction. The representative will work collaboratively with the team to brainstorm and implement strategies for client growth while managing a business pipeline using CRM software.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up with existing clients.
  • Engage with clients through text, email, and social media to answer questions and increase interest in services.
  • Schedule and host appointments with new prospects to inform them about the company's offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new ideas and strategies for client service.

Requirements

  • Experience using Facebook and other social media platforms.
  • Ability to maintain a business pipeline that is observable and understandable by team leads and owners.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Passion for personal health.
  • Experience with customer service and outbound calling is preferred but not required.
