About the position

Clinic Growth Accelerator is currently hiring for a full-time Sales - Business Development Representative to help our clients achieve the highest levels of success in the Milwaukee, WI area. This inside sales position earns a competitive salary of $50,000 - $150,000/year. As a Sales - Business Development Representative, you are willing to go the extra mile to make the sale and help make our clients successful. You are an outgoing, charismatic person who establishes and maintains a positive rapport with new, returning, and potential clients. Always on the hunt for leads, you make outbound calls as well as send messages over text, email, and social media platforms to answer questions, take payments, check in with past clients, and increase interest in our services. You schedule and host appointments with new prospects to inform them about our company and how we can benefit their practice. As you find and develop leads, you keep an accurate record of their information and properly move them along the pipeline using our customer relationship management (CRM) software. When the time comes, you do what you can to seal the deal with qualified clients. Collaborating with your team, you help brainstorm and implement new ideas and strategies for better serving our clients. You find satisfaction in building relationships with others and bringing in more business to our company!

Requirements

  • Experience using Facebook and other social media platforms.
  • Ability to maintain a business pipeline that can be observed and understood by the team leads and owners.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Passion for personal health.
  • Experience with customer service and outbound calling preferred but not required.
