About the position

The Sales & Business Development Representative at ADUela Living Spaces is a key role focused on driving growth in the rapidly expanding Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) market. This position involves developing new business opportunities, expanding market share, and fostering relationships with clients and partners in the construction and design sectors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about construction and design, and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, network, and cold-call to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Convert leads into sales through site visits and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, property managers, real estate brokers, and other referral partners.
  • Present ADUela builds to prospective clients and deliver pricing proposals and contracts.
  • Coordinate with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction from the initial sale through project completion.
  • Host prospective client and referral partner events, and participate in trade shows and industry events to generate leads and market presence.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships, address concerns, and resolve any issues post-sale.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design sales collateral and develop a strong market presence.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in construction, real estate, or design industries.
  • Expertise in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ability to build trust and communicate value in construction projects and timelines.
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings and design is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, and ability to work remotely.
  • Highly goal-oriented and results-driven.
