About the position

We specialize in customer acquisition, retention, and sales in the B2B sector on behalf of large, service-based corporations. Since our opening in 2007, we have successfully increased market share for our clients year over year and have experienced tremendous success as a firm. We are currently working on an exciting new marketing campaign for AT&T. We are seeking out team members who are personable, and professional and can consult and build relationships with business decision-makers. This position is a Monday to Friday role, with the expectation of working weekends as needed. The Territory Sales Managers will be responsible for going to local small businesses in Southern California and working with CEOs, presidents, and managers of businesses to conduct price/cost analysis and identify opportunities for them to take advantage of AT&T's fiber-optic network. This ensures top-of-the-line quality for business internet and the fastest, most reliable connection. In addition to the current project with AT&T, previous projects have included working with Amazon's Key for Business and Amazon Counter. The role involves setting up communities with Key for Business, ensuring multi-dwelling properties are equipped with this complimentary service, and creating partnerships with local businesses to drive foot traffic through Amazon's HUB department. The day-to-day responsibilities include participating in a virtual morning huddle call with the team to review goals and strategies, followed by going out to assigned territories with an iPad pre-loaded with Salesforce leads and client marketing collateral. The goal is to meet with qualified decision-makers and consult them on decisions that positively impact their businesses. Requirements

  • College degree preferred.
  • Understanding of the B2B outside sales environment.
