About the position

Advantage Property Management Services (APMS) is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth by securing new property management clients. The BDM will engage with prospects, generate leads, and build relationships within the real estate community while utilizing extensive training and resources provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects via phone, text, video, and in-person meetings to convert them into clients.
• Explain property management services to prospects and referral sources to secure new clients.
• Execute social media campaigns and attend real estate networking events for lead generation.
• Conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss their investment property and evaluate rental market potential.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Property Management team regarding prospects and new property owners.
• Collaborate in creating Customer Loyalty Campaigns to enhance client retention.
• Create self-facing video content for social media platforms and post regularly on the company's pages.

Requirements

• Over-the-phone sales experience with a focus on scheduling in-person appointments and closing deals.
• California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license is required.
• Experience in conducting face-to-face meetings with potential clients and referral partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of closing deals.
• Receptive to coaching and willing to undergo business development training.
• Proven sales performance with a history of successful sales outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Professional client-facing appearance.
