The Sales Call Center Specialist at Palmen Motors plays a crucial role in the sales process by ensuring that all customer inquiries, particularly those coming through the internet, are handled efficiently and effectively. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to grow within the company and contribute to a positive customer experience. The specialist will become knowledgeable about the company's products and services, aiming to exceed customer satisfaction benchmarks and support the sales team in their communications.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and establish follow-ups with new and existing customers.
- Respond quickly to internet and live chat inquiries that come through our database.
- Assist sales personnel with their customer communications and deliver messages promptly.
- Become an expert on our products and services to ensure accurate information is being shared with the customer.
- Seek out no-show appointments and reestablish communication.
- Follow up with customers after they visit the dealership.
- Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
Requirements
- At least one previous customer service role.
- Previous work with Vin Solutions is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask.
- Ambitious, goal-oriented mentality and eagerness to improve.
- Excited by the concept of teamwork.
- Valid driver's license.
