About the position

The Sales Capture Senior Manager/Associate Director at Accenture is responsible for managing the sales process from pursuit to closure, focusing on BPO deals. This role involves developing relationships with key decision-makers, providing solutions to complex business problems, and setting strategic directions for sales initiatives. The position requires strong leadership and the ability to influence senior management, while also participating in the origination of new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process from pursuit to close for BPO deals.
  • Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers to protect and grow the business.
  • Act as the point of contact for resolution and escalation of key items with clients and internally.
  • Provide solutions to complex business problems requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Set strategic direction to establish near-term goals for the area of responsibility.
  • Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, negotiating on significant matters.
  • Make decisions that have a lasting impact on the area of responsibility.
  • Manage large teams or work efforts, if in an individual contributor role.
  • Build a pipeline by originating opportunities, qualifying them, and submitting binding bids.
  • Originate and sell deals typically greater than $10M that are cross-client and cross-service groups.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years sales/sales support experience in professional service/consulting/BPO deals in areas such as HR, F&A, Healthcare, Supply Chain.
  • Minimum of 6 years Sales Pursuit Management experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years Client Relationship and/or delivery experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working within a large, heavily matrixed company environment.
  • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and management.
  • Products industry experience.
  • Resources industry experience (utilities, natural resources, oil and gas).
  • Insurance industry experience.
