EnerSys is seeking a Salesforce Sales Cloud Product Owner who will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with Salesforce solutions. They will break down these requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and coordinate release planning with development teams to ensure efficient releases. Additionally, the Product Owner will track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decision-making. This role also involves managing documentation related to product architecture and functionality, conducting product research, and developing strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their priorities. The Product Owner will support continuous improvement and innovation by applying their subject matter expertise in business processes and systems.
