As a Sales Commission Controller for the Lab Solutions Sales team in the U.S., you will play a crucial role in coordinating, administering, analyzing, and controlling the sales commissions from a financial perspective. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and setting up annual commission plans that drive sales performance in Lab Solutions across North America. You will develop and own an end-to-end commissions forecast model to predict commission payouts for all sales colleagues, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting of sales commissions on a monthly basis. Additionally, you will manage the Commission App, which supports the sales team in evaluating deals, and oversee the Committed Contracts payout process on a quarterly basis, including monitoring contract rewrites and distribution deals. Your expertise will also be essential in implementing sales analytics initiatives, providing actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of commission plans. You will coordinate all commission-related topics with various stakeholders, including MSC, Commissions, and Sales, ensuring alignment and clarity in commission structures and processes. This role is pivotal in driving the success of the Lab Solutions Sales team and contributing to the overall mission of Siemens Healthineers to improve healthcare outcomes globally.
