Mobile Communications America (MCA) is seeking an experienced Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team, primarily serving the Charlotte, NC, Spartanburg, SC, or Atlanta, GA areas. This role is crucial in supporting our fast-growing Central division by ensuring timely and accurate sales commission payments and monthly statement releases for all MCA sales divisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving commission questions and disputes promptly, partnering with Payroll to meet monthly commission deadlines, and proactively identifying and communicating compensation outages and exceptions with sales leadership, Finance, and HR. In addition to these responsibilities, the Sales Compensation Analyst will onboard new sales employees, which includes reviewing compensation plans, providing system overviews, and collaborating with sales leadership to establish sales quotas and territories. The role also involves developing and maintaining documentation for all commission processes, identifying opportunities for improved processes and controls, and assisting with annual plan design and implementation while supporting key projects.
