About the position

The Sales Compensation Analyst at Mobile Communications America Inc. is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely sales commission payments and resolving commission-related inquiries. This role involves collaborating with various departments, onboarding new sales employees, and developing documentation for commission processes. The analyst will also identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with annual plan design and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate sales commission payments and monthly statement releases for all MCA sales divisions.
  • Resolve commission questions and disputes in a timely manner.
  • Partner with Payroll to prepare and meet monthly commission deadlines.
  • Identify and communicate compensation outages and exceptions with sales leadership, Finance, and HR.
  • Onboard new sales employees, including plan review and system overview.
  • Work with sales leadership to establish annual sales quotas.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all commission processes.
  • Identify opportunities for improved processes and controls.
  • Assist with annual plan design and implementation and support key projects.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of Incentive Compensation, Finance or HR experience.
  • Understanding of commission administrative process flow including source system transaction crediting and reconciliation.
  • Ability to articulate and communicate sales compensation plans to commission-eligible employees.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in analyzing complex data sets and making recommendations.
  • Experience with sales compensation software or plan design is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, Sales, and HR.
